Photos you upload are sent directly to our AI analysis service (Anthropic Claude) for processing and are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete. We do not retain, sell, or share your photos with third parties. Photos are transmitted over HTTPS and deleted from memory once your results are generated.
If you choose to sign up for progress tracking reminders, your email address is stored with our email service provider (MailerLite). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send. We do not sell email addresses.
We use Google Analytics 4 to track aggregate usage patterns (e.g. how many scans are completed, button click rates). This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the product. We do not track individual users across sessions.
We use minimal session-related cookies required for the application to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies beyond Google Analytics.
When you click an affiliate link (e.g. to Hims), you are directed to their website and their privacy policy applies. We receive aggregate conversion data from our affiliate partner but do not receive your personal information from these clicks.
